Μία αδελφή μας από την Κίνα έφτιαξε γλυκό στην Αμυγδαλέζα

ΕΝΗΜΈΡΩΣΗ ΑΠΌ ΑΜΥΓΔΑΛΕΖΑ
Προχθές κατάφερε να κάνει ένα μεγάλο άλμα προς τα μπρος μια αδελφή μας από την Κίνα, παγιδευμένη ένα ολόκληρο χρόνο στη φυλακή, κι έφτιαξε ένα γλυκό που της αρέσει, για να γιορτάσει τη σημαντική προσωπική της νίκη, μαζί μας, έστω κι από μακριά, και με τις φίλες της!!!
Είχε το μεράκι, το ταλέντο και τα υλικά, αλλά κυρίως είχε ένα φουρνάκι που λειτουργούσε, γιατί χωρίς αυτό τίποτε δε θα μπορούσε να ψήσει!! Και ζύμωσε και έφτιαξε ρολό κανέλας, με μαύρη ζάχαρη!!!
Φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, που μας έστειλαν, η διεργασία πριν και μετά το ψήσιμο. Μας έγραψε τη συνταγή για όποιο ενδιαφέρεται. Μας ζήτησε, επίσης, μια ηλεκτρική συσκευή να χτυπάει και να φτιάχνει κρέμα, για μια τούρτα π.χ.
Στη συνέχεια, μια άλλη αδελφή μας από την Ινδία, κι αυτή πολλούς μήνες φυλακισμένη, έφτιαξε ένα ολόκληρο ταψί με ρύζι μπασμάτι, που το μοιράστηκε το βράδυ, σε κοινό δείπνο, με τις νέες συλλήψεις, από Νεπάλ, Κίνα, Ινδονησία και Ινδία.
Έτσι, κάποιες φορές μηδενίζουν την απόσταση ανάμεσα τους, και γκρεμίζουν τα σύρματα της φυλακής, για όσο κρατήσει, και σιγά-σιγά μοιράζονται τις ιστορίες και τα τραύματά τους, μεταξύ τους, και με μας, αν καταφέρουμε να μας εμπιστευτούν, και, ναι! χτίζονται σχέσεις ανθρώπινες και στα πιο απάνθρωπα περιβάλλοντα! Και ενδυναμώνουμε το ένα το άλλο.
Τίποτα δεν πάει χαμένο.
Κανένα άτομο αόρατο, παράνομο κι αποκλεισμένο.
ΌΧΙ στο διαρκές βασανιστήριο του εγκλεισμού μακριά από την κοινωνία.
Ελευθερώστε τώρα τις αδελφές μας!

The day before yesterday, a sister of ours from China, who is being trapped in prison for a whole year, managed to make a big leap forward, and made a sweet that she likes, to celebrate her important personal victory, with us, even from afar, and with her friends!!!
She had the passion, the talent and the ingredients, but above all she had a working oven, because without it she couldn’t bake anything!! And she kneaded and made cinnamon rolls, with brown sugar!!!
It can be seen in the photos, which were sent to us, the process before and after baking. She wrote us the recipe for anyone interested. She also asked us for an electric device to beat and make cream, for a cake e.g.
Then, another sister of ours from India, also imprisoned for many months, made a whole pan of basmati rice, which she shared in the evening, at a joint dinner, with the new arrests, from Nepal, China, Indonesia and India.
So, sometimes they zero out the distance between them, and tear down the prison wires, while it lasts; and little by little share their stories and traumas, with each other, and with us, if we can get them to trust us, and, yes! human relationships are built even in the most inhuman environments! And we empower each other!
Nothing is wasted.
No person invisible, illegal and excluded.
NOT to the constant torture of confinement away from society.
